Interested in getting to know a little more about the Libertarian Party and what's happening with some of the current issues? From 2:30 - 5 pm attend and hear several speakers including:

Afterwards, join us for conversation and drinks in the popular Soulard District.
The entire meeting is open to the public. The morning will feature a working meeting important for activists and candidates to attend, as well as other interested persons. Executive Director Greg Tlapek will coordinate the two morning work sessions.
8 am: Registration, coffee, juice, pastries
8:30: Education session on Missouri State Government - hear several LPMO members present overviews on the different areas of the state government and where the money goes
10:00: Begin the development of a "Contract" or "Better Deal" for Missouri, which will provide an actionable plan for specific ways to reduce the size, scope and power of state government
11:30: Lunch on your own in the Soulard District (numerous establishments within walking distance)
1:00: State Committee Meeting - appoint executive committee members, select national convention delegates, platform amendment, awards
2:30 John Chasnoff - Domestic Drones in an Era of Intelligence-Led Policing
3:00 Lloyd Sloan - Why the Libertarian Party is Important and How It Can Help Fix the Constitution
3:30 Cisse Spragins - Libertarianism Explained in 20 Minutes
4:00-4:40 John Payne and Sgt Gary Wiegert - The Path to Cannabis Legalization in Missouri
5 pm Adjourn to local establishments
Cost: $20, or pay $25 and cover your annual Recognized Member Dues (Students $15) and receive your custom printed plastic membership card on the spot. Payment is at the door by cash or credit card.
